- Payment done for online room booking is non-refundable, even if devotee does not show up on the date of booking, he/she can’t dispute the payment with card issuing bank.
- If devotees violates Terms & Conditions, booking will be considered cancelled automatically and no refund will be issued.
- If a devotee’s bank account or Credit card is debited/charged with the amount of a transaction. He/she should not pay again for same booking. A room booking receipt will be sent on registered email in 24-48 hours after confirmation of payment from our end. Devotee should report such incident at info@sgpc.net. In case a devotee re-attempts to book a room even after having debited/charged once and duplicate payment is done, it will not be refunded.
- ਔਨਲਾਈਨ ਰੂਮ ਬੁਕਿੰਗ ਲਈ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਗੈਰ-ਰਿਫੰਡਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਭਾਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਯਾਤਰੀ ਬੁੱਕਿੰਗ ਦੀ ਤਾਰੀਖ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿਖਾਉਂਦਾ, ਉਹ ਕਾਰਡ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਬੈਂਕ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਦਾ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ।
- ਜੇਕਰ ਯਾਤਰੀ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਬੁਕਿੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਰਿਫੰਡ ਜਾਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
- ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਭਗਤ ਦੇ ਬੈਂਕ ਖਾਤੇ ਜਾਂ ਕ੍ਰੈਡਿਟ ਕਾਰਡ ਡੈਬਿਟ ਕਰਕੇ / ਇੱਕ ਟ੍ਰਾਂਜੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਰਕਮ ਨਾਲ ਚਾਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਸੇ ਬੁਕਿੰਗ ਲਈ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ। ਇੱਕ ਕਮਰੇ ਬੁਕਿੰਗ ਦੀ ਰਸੀਦ ਸਾਡੇ ਅੰਤ ਤੋਂ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਦੇ 24-48 ਘੰਟੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਰਜਿਸਟਰ ਹੋਏ ਈਮੇਲ ਤੇ ਭੇਜੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਯਾਤਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਘਟਨਾ ਨੂੰ info@sgpc.net ਤੇ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਯਾਤਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਬਕਾਇਆ / ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਚਾਰਜ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਡੁਪਲੀਕੇਟ ਅਦਾਇਗੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ ਕਮਰਾ ਭਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
